Swine Flu

What is Swine Flu?
Swine Flu is influenza caused by influenza virus endemic by pigs(Swine).
It is common in pigs but rare in humans...

There are several symptoms of Swine Flu.
They are:
fever,
cough,
sore throat,
body aches,
headache,
chills and fatigue
How Swine Flu Spreads?
Flu is generally transmitted through the respiratory tract. Droplets of infected body fluids may carry flu when people cough or sneeze. Studies indicate that masks called N95 respirators, when properly used, filter germs from the breath and hamper the spread of flu. Neither contact with pigs nor eating pork has been linked to the spread of the flu.hence,eating pork is safe,I think...

Alert lv at 5
the alert level of the swine flu is being raised to 5 due to it being able to spread to countries too rapidly.
The biggest question, right now, is this: how severe will the pandemic be, especially now at the start?It is possible that the full clinical spectrum of this disease goes from mild illness to severe disease. Feelings on the swine flu:
I think that swine flu is a disease that spread too rapidly.But I believe that singapore government will not let it affect us too much...Although schools might be closed down if it gets too serious,but I think that now is not the time to do so as our exams are coming...It would be good if
vaccines are produced and more people can be saved from this disease....
